Position Overview

Join a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Work alongside an experienced anesthesiology team providing anesthesia care for a wide range of inpatient surgical procedures in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams.
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical anesthesia support.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Active Michigan RN License (required at submission).
• NBCRNA Certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• DEA and CSR/CDS (required prior to start).
• Clean malpractice and license history.
• Experience as a practicing CRNA required (new graduates not accepted).
• H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available.
