Work Location: Hybrid, Mountain View, CA Project Overview The Ads Campaigns Operations (ACO) Team is seeking a mid-level Program Manager to oversee multiple concurrent email, CRM, and digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on ads products, incentives, and rewards, ensuring seamless execution across stakeholders and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) requesting campaigns and the Ground Operations/Execution team (Data Specialists, Production Team, and Campaign Success Managers). Stakeholder & Timeline Management: Negotiate campaign handoffs with PMMs, ensuring at least 60% of campaign information is secured before kickoff, while tightly managing deployment timelines. Workflow Oversight: Oversee Campaign Success Managers to ensure no details or timelines are missed — effectively "program managing the program managers". Experience & Background Experience Level: 3–11 years (mid-level sweet spot). Industry Background: Digital marketing, CRM operations (email campaigns, paid media), product launches, or data migrations. Tech background preferred; media, entertainment, or other verticals acceptable. Project Management Tools: Proficiency with Asana (primary), Trello, Monday.com, or spreadsheet-based tracking. Must-Haves CRM concepts: Strong understanding of backend email mechanics, layout block creation, and automated personalization logic. AI proficiency & tech hunger: Eagerness to leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for script reviews, calendar management, and workflow optimization. High friction tolerance: Ability to pivot quickly in fast-paced environments, handle late assets, and adapt to shifting priorities with strong soft skills. Nice-to-Haves SQL knowledge: Basic ability to spot discrepancies in logic or targeting (execution handled by data specialists).
