Compensation: $90,000-$130,000 based on experience, plus equity About the Company Figwork is building an AI headhunter for the modern hiring market. We help companies find qualified candidates through richer talent data, candidate conversations, assessments, and AI-powered matching instead of relying only on resumes and job boards. We work with both sides of the market: candidates looking for the right opportunities, and companies looking for people who are qualified, interested, and ready to talk. We are starting with a large early-career talent network of U.S. college students and recent graduates, and we are building the brand, content, and growth engine to bring Figwork to both candidates and companies. We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to help shape how Figwork shows up in the market. You will work across social media, content, community, campaigns, partnerships, and growth experiments. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how attention works, knows how to create content people actually want to engage with, and can move fast in an early‑stage startup environment. What You Will Own Manage and grow Figwork’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels Create short‑form and long‑form content for candidates, recruiters, founders, and companies Develop campaign ideas that make Figwork easy to understand, memorable, and shareable Run growth experiments to acquire candidates, recruiters, and company users Write and edit copy for landing pages, emails, ads, social posts, community updates, and product launches Track performance across social, email, paid, and organic channels Turn user stories, hiring insights, and platform data into marketing content Support campus, creator, and community partnerships to grow Figwork’s early talent network Help build Figwork’s brand voice across candidate‑facing and company‑facing channels Move quickly from idea to execution without waiting for perfect instructions Who We Are Looking For 2-5 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, social media, or a related role Experience running social media accounts with real audience growth, engagement, or campaign results Experience managing influencer, creator, brand, startup, or founder‑led social media accounts is strongly preferred Strong writing ability and a good instinct for what sounds human, sharp, and attention‑grabbing Understanding of short‑form content, internet culture, creator marketing, and platform‑specific trends Ability to turn complex ideas into simple messaging that candidates and companies can understand quickly Comfort working across both creative and analytical tasks, from writing posts to reviewing performance data Experience with early‑stage startups, recruiting, HR tech, marketplaces, student communities, or creator‑led growth is a strong plus Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment where priorities change quickly Willingness to test, learn, and iterate instead of relying only on polished brand playbooks Why Join Figwork Help define the voice of a new AI recruiting platform from the ground up Work on a product serving both candidates and companies in a massive hiring market Build campaigns for a large early‑career talent network across U.S. universities Own real marketing channels early instead of sitting inside a narrow function Join a small team where your work directly shapes how the company is perceived Compensation and Benefits Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Figwork
