This remote contract role focuses on healthcare regulatory and compliance projects. You will provide expert legal interpretation, document analysis, and feedback grounded in U.S. healthcare law. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Review and annotate healthcare regulatory legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze healthcare policies, statutes, and regulations, including HIPAA, the Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Draft and refine contract language to support compliance with U.S. healthcare legal frameworks.
• Identify regulatory compliance issues and potential legal risks in provided scenarios.
• Provide detailed expert commentary and nuanced legal interpretations for AI training data.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to discuss findings and clarify healthcare legal concepts.

• Juris Doctor degree and active admission to a U.S. bar.
• Substantial healthcare law experience at a major U.S. law firm or leading healthcare-focused firm.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, the Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience reviewing, annotating, and drafting complex healthcare law and policy documents.
• Experience advising on healthcare compliance matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, project-based environment.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $140 to $400 per hour.
