Healthcare Attorney (BigLaw Firms)

Apply deep U.S. healthcare regulatory knowledge to complex compliance projects that help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world legal analysis. This remote contract role draws on your experience advising healthcare clients at a major U.S. law firm or leading healthcare-focused firm. Key Responsibilities

• Review and annotate healthcare regulatory legal documents, ensuring regulatory concepts are accurate and clearly expressed.
• Analyze complex healthcare policies, statutes, and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Draft and refine contract language for compliance with U.S. healthcare legal frameworks.
• Identify regulatory compliance issues and potential legal risks in provided scenarios, and provide detailed feedback.
• Contribute expert commentary and nuanced legal interpretations to healthcare-focused AI training data.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to discuss findings and clarify healthcare legal concepts.

• Juris Doctor degree and active admission to a U.S. bar.
• Substantial healthcare law experience at a major U.S. law firm or top healthcare-focused firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Proven ability to review, annotate, and draft complex healthcare law and policy documents.
• Experience providing advisory services on healthcare compliance matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical judgment, and close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, project-based environment.

$140 to $400 per hour.
