From the moment they sit down to the final bite, you'll help make every meal something to smile about.What You'll Be Doing:Greet guests with a warm welcome, genuine smile, and top-tier service from start to finishTake initial beverage order within 3 minutes of guests being seatedKnow the menu like a pro and help guests find their perfect mealCommunicate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely, quality serviceKeep your station clean, organized, and guest-readyMaintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendorsPitch in wherever needed—teamwork makes the dream work!QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Must be 21+ years oldHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious serving experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right personStrong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus!)Ability to stay cool under pressure in a lively environmentFriendly, approachable, and committed to great serviceFlexible schedule including weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance and positive attitude a mustYou'll Need:Valid Food Handler's CertificationAlcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)Familiarity with POS systems like InfoGenesis is a plusExperience using systems like Paycom is helpful but not requiredWhether you're a seasoned server or just starting out, if you love making people feel welcome and cared for, we want to meet you.Come join a team that serves up smiles every shift!
