Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description

One of the most important people on our Team is the Customer Service Representative (CSR). Some might even refer to this individual as an Administrative Assistant or a Receptionist. Nevertheless, in my opinion, they are basically, "The CEO of First Impression" within a company. When interviewing for this position for any of our four locations, I am very meticulous in the selection of this very valuable Team Member. The CSR position requires an individual to be courteous, polite, and well-mannered at all times, regardless of the situation. They must also possess the ability to be detail-oriented and excellent at multi-tasking.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering Telephones
Assisting Team Members
Data Entry
Drafting Documents
Filing Client's Folders
Greeting Clients
Scheduling Appointments
Serving Clients Amenities

We have been in business for over 20 years, have four locations, and have earned an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our ultimate goal is to become the leader in the industry when it pertains to financial and tax preparation services for individuals and businesses nationwide.
