Position Details Front desk reception; greeting visitors, ordering and keeping track of supplies, handling mail and accepting deliveries. Assist with various projects and tasks to support our busy office – you’re our right-hand person when we need a little extra help with our day-to-day activities. Answering client calls in a courteous and professional manner Assisting with office visits, activities and events Qualifications Must have at least 3-5 years of experience supportingaoffice Professional appearance and demeanor; friendly and outgoing – after all, you’re the first person our visitors and people will see!
