Scrum Master Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire a Scrum Master who can go beyond traditional Agile facilitation and truly drive delivery and execution across teams.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery planning and align sprint execution with strategic priorities
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
- Provide visibility into delivery progress, metrics, and overall health
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized, execution-ready backlog
- Use metrics (velocity, capacity, forecasting) to improve delivery predictability
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement across teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Delivery Manager
- Strong experience managing cross-team dependencies in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and leadership
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Ability to go beyond ceremonies and own delivery outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe)
- Background working with multiple teams or pods
- Experience with metrics dashboards and reporting
