What You’ll Do Lead the AI strategy for finance functions, focusing on high-impact workflows. Work closely with finance leaders to identify and scope AI opportunities. Manage a small team to quickly tackle finance challenges and deliver solutions. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business needs. Establish standards for how AI is used in finance, ensuring compliance and security. Communicate progress and strategy to senior leadership. What You Need Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical or quantitative field. 7+ years of relevant experience, especially in finance or accounting operations. Experience in setting AI strategy and translating business problems into solutions. Strong understanding of finance processes and data integrity. Experience leading teams and managing people.
