As a Clinical Liaison , you will be part of a mission to make communities healthier. How you'll contribute Assist and coordinate intake and pre‑admission screening processes. Perform on‑site clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patients for admission. Communicate rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families, explaining expectations and participation requirements. Secure information regarding patients' resources and benefits. Serve as initial contact for external case management, discharge planners, payors, and hospital facilities. Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What we're looking for Applicants must have clinical licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RRT, or MSW. Additional requirements include: Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as a clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers. Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
