Corrigan Moving Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial / Office & Industrial (O&I) Sales Representative to join our Bay City, MI team.

We are looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on building new business. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven ability to generate new opportunities, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships within the commercial moving or logistics industry.

This role focuses on selling commercial relocation and logistics solutions, including office moves, project management, warehousing, asset management, transportation, installation, decommissioning, and specialized labor services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual surveys for commercial relocation projects
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and customer profiles within the CRM system
• Collaborate with the General Manager and operations team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and social media
• Build relationships with local businesses, facility managers, project managers, and corporate decision makers
• Consult with clients to understand relocation, logistics, and project requirements and develop customized solutions
• Partner with operations and sales leadership to deliver successful move planning and execution
• Occasionally assist with on-site coordination or project management for large commercial moves
• Track pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and revenue performance using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
• Represent Corrigan at industry associations, conferences, and networking organizations
• Negotiate contracts and resolve customer concerns to maintain long-term relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, Office & Industrial (O&I) relocation or commercial logistics preferred, but not required.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with consultative sales and solution-based selling
• Financial understanding of pricing strategy, margins, and P&L concepts
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
