What You'll Do as a Packager:

• Operate production processes to meet output schedules and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient production lines
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues promptly
• Perform line changeovers efficiently to maintain production readiness
• Identify and resolve quality issues to maintain product standards
• Follow cleaning and sanitization procedures to maintain safe production areas
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards or unsafe conditions
• Apply lean practices and 5S principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions and decimals
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and follow procedures accurately
• Ability to work extended hours and meet production deadlines
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive movements
• Ability to work in indoor environments with exposure to heat, humidity, and production materials
