Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Logistics Administrative Assistant:

• Fulfill intercompany orders using UPS WorldShip
• Schedule, secure, and coordinate LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment details, and delivery updates
• Maintain accurate shipping records, order documentation, and related files
• Perform data entry and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Highly adaptable with the ability to manage changing priorities and workloads
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and task-focused with excellent organizational skills
• Experience working with spreadsheets, data entry, and data management
• Preferred experience using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis tools
• Background Check Required
