We are currently hiring for all shifts. 2nd shift receives a 10% shift differential. Weekend shifts includes 4 hours comp time. 1st shift Pay Range: $22.25 - $26.25/hr. DOE 2nd Shift Pay Range: $24.48 To $28.88/hr. Safety first mentality What We’re Looking For Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or aerospace experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to read and understand detailed instruction. Capability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written. Additional Information Available shifts may vary depending on business needs and position availability Pay rates will vary based on role, experience, skills, and qualifications Experience 1+ years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing (or similar) environment preferred. Working Conditions Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels Exposure to hazardous equipment Exposure to contaminants Shared workspaces with other employees Requires handling objects of up to 30 lbs. Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime) Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Required PPE provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee’s position and exposure. Below are typical PPE used on the production floor. Appropriate PPE must be worn by all employees when on the production floor.
