Champion continuous improvement and productivity initiatives. Support special projects and workflow enhancements for the VP of Operations. Qualifications 3+ years in aerospace or manufacturing leadership. ERP/MRP Experience (Infor Syteline Preferred). Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read aerospace engineering documents.
