Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Experience & E-Commerce Coordinator  to support both in-store and online customers while helping create an engaging shopping experience at 99 Ranch Market.  This role combines customer service, e-commerce order support, social media engagement, and basic store marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service in-store and online.
• Assist with e-commerce orders, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for customers.
• Help respond to e-commerce customer questions and resolve basic order issues.
• Support store social media channels such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu/REDnote, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create simple content featuring products, promotions, events, and store highlights.
• Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and customer engagement.
• Assist with promotional displays, sampling events, and other store marketing activities.
• Share customer feedback and product trends with store management.
• Support the Store Manager and store team with general operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of marketing and social media outreach experience preferred.
• Comfortable on camera and confident creating social media content.
• Outgoing, energetic, and a natural people person.
• Familiar with WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
• Passion for food, culture, and the 99 Ranch Market brand.
• Bilingual (English & Chinese) is a must.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions:

• Grocery store environment, exposure to fresh produce, including varying temperatures and humidity levels.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time/Part Time.
• Location: 15333 Culver Dr. #800, Irvine, CA 92604.
• Wednesday–Sunday | Weekends Required.

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $22 - 26 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
