SAP PI/PO / SAP CPI Developer Job Title: SAP PI/PO / SAP CPI Developer Openings: 1 Duration: 12+ Months Contract Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid Rate: $50/hr on C2C Visa: USC, GC, H4-EAD only Visa Restrictions: No OPT or CPT Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP PI/PO / SAP CPI Developer to support the technical development, enhancement, migration, and production support of enterprise integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (CPI/Cloud Integration) . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI , including proven experience migrating interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP Cloud Integration. The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, SAP Functional Teams, and Business Users to understand end-to-end business processes and deliver scalable, reliable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI) . Create custom iFlows using standard and advanced CPI capabilities. Participate in SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI migration projects, including assessment, redevelopment, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, File, and JDBC technologies. Develop and enhance Groovy scripts, message mappings, value mappings, and exception-handling processes . Troubleshoot interface failures and perform root-cause analysis for production incidents. Collaborate with SAP Functional Teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions. Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational support documentation. Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI interfaces. Follow enterprise integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices. Support production integrations and resolve technical issues within established SLAs. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO 7.4 or higher. 3+ years of hands-on SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI development experience. Strong experience developing new integrations in SAP CPI from requirements through deployment. Proven experience with SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI migration projects . Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware concepts, and enterprise application integration. Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts . Experience with SAP PI/PO configuration, development, implementation, and support. Hands-on experience with: JDBC Adapter SFTP Adapter File Adapter IDoc Adapter XI Proxy REST Adapter SOAP Adapter Hands-on experience with SAP CPI adapters, including: SFTP SOAP OData IDoc ProcessDirect Experience with API security, OAuth, certificates, authentication, and encryption . Strong experience with XML, JSON, XPath, XSLT, and Groovy scripting . Experience with SAP PI/PO performance tuning and interface optimization. Experience monitoring and supporting production integrations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA . Experience integrating SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI with JDE and other ERP platforms . Exposure to SAP BTP and cloud integration architecture. Hands-on experience with DB2 SQL stored procedure development . Hands-on experience with Microsoft T-SQL stored procedure development . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
