SAP Developer - S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) Upgrade (REMOTE) About the Role: Join a leading Consumer Goods & Services organization as a pivotal SAP Developer specializing in S/4HANA 2025 upgrades with a focus on Transportation Management (TM). You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless logistics operations during a major system transition, all from the flexibility of a remote setting. Be at the forefront of digital transformation while supporting business continuity and innovation in global logistics. Responsibilities:
- Assess SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade impacts on TM processes using release notes, simplification items, and SAP documentation
- Validate end-to-end logistics and shipping processes through hands-on testing and system configuration-no coding required
- Identify and troubleshoot system defects using structured root cause analysis and continuous process testing
- Collaborate closely with Application Development, BPMA, TCA, integration, and testing teams to deliver effective system changes
- Coordinate with Change Management to ensure stakeholders are informed and operational impacts are minimized
- Maintain uninterrupted daily logistics operations such as freight planning, carrier selection, and shipment safety during the upgrade
- Support system retrofits, deployment initiatives, and dual maintenance activities as projects progress
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, specifically Transportation Management (TM) modules
- Strong background in business process validation, integration, and functional configuration
- Demonstrated ability to assess system impacts and document findings effectively
- Experience in logistics operations, shipping, and supply chain process support
- Proficiency in cross-team collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with SAP Release Notes, Simplification Items, and upgrade documentation
- Ability to conduct structured root cause analysis and system defect resolution
- Experience with dual maintenance and system retrofits during SAP upgrade projects
- Exposure to consumer goods or logistics-heavy industries
- Knowledge of change management and large-scale deployment strategies
