About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across its finance and accounting functions. The role partners with senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and business performance, while overseeing budgeting, cash flow, reporting, accounting operations, and close processes. The CFO will assess existing processes, controls, systems, and reporting capabilities, then strengthen financial visibility, efficiency, and scalability. Responsibilities also include guiding finance teams, communicating performance and risks to executives, and supporting transformation, transactions, and other strategic initiatives. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field and bring significant progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including prior CFO, interim CFO, VP of Finance, or comparable experience. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and accounting operations is required, along with proven ability to assess financial functions and improve processes, controls, and reporting. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, team leadership, and executive communication skills are essential. Experience in high-growth or changing organizations is preferred; M&A, restructuring, systems implementation, or finance transformation experience is highly desirable, and a CPA or MBA is preferred.
