Financial Services Associate

We are seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of experience and a strong understanding of federal securities laws to join our Financial Services group. Our team is a leading adviser to financial services firms, asset managers and investment funds, representing clients that range from small start-up and boutique operations to some of the world’s largest financial institutions. We advise clients on a wide range of fund structures and regulatory matters, including cross-border registration, regulatory examinations and enforcement, broker-dealer matters, and issues involving blockchain and digital assets.
