About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities in daily activities.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients and families.
• Encourage social interaction and community involvement through planned activities.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of each client at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
