We value hard work, collaboration, mentorship, and creating opportunities for our people to grow.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Commercial Superintendent, you'll lead the day-to-day field operations of commercial construction projects, with responsibility for site coordination, safety, quality, schedule, and trade partner performance.Working closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer, you'll keep projects moving safely and efficiently while maintaining Pavilion's standards from project startup through completion.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and coordinate daily construction operations and overall jobsite activitiesManage subcontractors and trade partners to maintain project schedule, quality, and performance expectationsChampion jobsite safety and lead weekly safety meetings with all tradesDevelop and communicate short-term schedules and upcoming project milestonesCoordinate closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to keep field and office activities alignedReview plans, specifications, and construction documents to understand project requirements and identify potential conflictsCoordinate field questions, submittals, clarifications, and other project information with the project teamMonitor construction progress and proactively address schedule, coordination, quality, and logistical challengesMaintain accurate daily reports, photographs, and other required project documentationMaintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Pavilion's standardsBuild productive working relationships with clients, trade partners, inspectors, and project stakeholdersProvide leadership and direction to Pavilion field personnel and project teamsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGCommercial construction field leadership and superintendent experienceStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and field coordinationAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documentsStrong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and prioritiesExcellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and clearly communicate weekly and monthly project plansA hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to identify challenges early and drive timely solutionsCommitment to safely delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budgetA collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Project Engineers, trade partners, and clientsReady to build your vision?
