Commercial Construction Rough & Final CleanerPay: $18.00–$19.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMOvertime: Optional, depending on project needsWe are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Rough & Final Cleaners to join our growing team. Duties include removing construction debris, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, wiping down surfaces, polishing fixtures, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring completed spaces meet quality standards. Rough cleaning involves clearing heavy debris and preparing work areas, while final cleaning focuses on delivering a spotless, move-in-ready environment.Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of commercial construction cleaning experience required.Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain excellent attendance.Open availability to work scheduled hours and optional overtime when projects require.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team while following all job site safety regulations.Must have a strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.What We Offer:Competitive pay ranging from $18.00–$19.00 per hour.Full-time, consistent Monday through Friday schedule.Optional overtime opportunities on qualifying projects.Safe and professional work environment.Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects with an established team.Potential for advancement for dependable employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work, take pride in maintaining clean and safe construction sites, and contribute to the successful completion of commercial projects.
