IT Helpdesk Technician

As an IT Helpdesk Technician , you will be the end user’s first point of contact for technical support. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account-related issues while delivering friendly, professional service. Looking for a Tech with 1 – 2 years prior experience. Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees, clients, or end users Troubleshoot computer, software, printer, email, internet, and network issues Set up and maintain workstations, user accounts, and devices Document support requests and resolutions Escalate complex issues when needed Help improve IT processes and user experience Deliver excellent customer service with patience and professionalism Qualifications Interest in technology and helping others Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of computers, software, networks, or troubleshooting Ability to learn quickly and work well with a team Prior IT experience, certifications, or technical training All serious applicants should apply to View email address on click.appcast.io.
