Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in both outpatient and main operating room settings.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of patient care within the operating room.
• Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor and document patient status and report changes to the surgical team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous education and skills improvement.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 5 years perioperative nursing experience required.
• Certifications required: ACLS and BCLS.
• Demonstrated experience with Epic charting preferred.
• Proficiency in robotic surgical procedures is highly desired.
• Willingness to float to different units as needed.
