Were looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Sales Manager to help grow our membership base and strengthen our brand presence in the local community. Position Summary
The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for executing local marketing strategies, leading membership sales efforts, and building strong community partnerships. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive revenue and studio growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts, email marketing, and promotions
- Plan and execute events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance (ROI, lead conversion, etc.)
Sales Leadership
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Sales Associates)
- Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion strategies
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Represent the studio at community events and networking opportunities
- Develop corporate wellness partnerships
- Collaborate with studio leadership and coaches
- Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency
- Sales strategy & closing techniques
- Digital marketing (social media, email, local SEO)
- Team leadership & coaching
- Data analysis & reporting
- Event planning & community outreach
