Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation.

Responsibilities: • Greet Service customers

• Document customer concerns or the type of service needed or required

• Provide information about other available services

• Prepare repair orders with DMS system

• Present estimate of repair costs and updates to customers with information provided by the technician.

• Provide explanations to customers regarding work performed and cost of service.

• Be familiar with factory warranty guidelines

• Maintain high customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications: · At least 2 years of experience as a service advisor in an auto dealership · Professional appearance and work ethic · Motivated self-starter · Strong organizational skills · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, staff, and vendors. · Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Bilingual a plus · Must be 19 years or older to satisfy insurance requirements · Authorized to work in the U.S
