Apply now!Painter Responsibilities:- Safe operation of machines and tools- Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles- Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment- Paint parts in accordance to the specifications- Will need to wear a paint suit and hood when painting- Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location- Operates equipment needed to perform the job- Strict adherence to standard work- Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals- Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment- Ability to problem solve effectively- Ability to communicateRequirements for Painter:- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment- Ability to work as part of a team- Desire for personal development and growth- Must complete respirator questionnaireQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
