Compensation and training 4‑week paid mentorship: Get paid while training one‑on‑one with an experienced mentor. Solo pay after upgrade : $0.55 per mile; typical weekly mileage averages 2,500 miles ($1,375-$1550 per week) , plus safety and performance bonuses. $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post‑upgrade.
