Senior Manager, Product Owner - Learner Experience Platform (LXP), Learning Agent

Responsibilities Responsible for the entire life cycle management of a technology/digital product or type, including purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping and testing Applies design thinking techniques (e.g., user stories, wireframing, prototyping) to define product features; develops the roadmap based on effort sizing and overall value to the business Collaborates with development teams and the business for sprint reviews Uses team scrum/agile development techniques (continuous delivery, field trials) and tools for team collaboration, product testing, issue tracking and backlog management Helps to develop product vision and objectives Translates product vision, business, and user needs into prioritized user stories for the product backlog of new features and/or enhancements Organizes product demos and prioritizes backlog with the agile team Works with Product Managers and cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver against OKRs Tracks metrics (e.g., Objectives & Key Results) and builds reports to measure progress Delivers ongoing initiatives and releases for efficiency and improved user/product experiences leveraging user‑centric design principles and data Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility and ensures PDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date as required Collaborates with Pfizer Digital/Business QA, Legal and Compliance to perform risk analysis and leads efforts to resolve quality issues as necessary Requirements 6+ years’ experience in the Information Technology space with a BA/BS or equivalent Experience with product management Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry – a strong plus Passion for creating user‑centric digital and interactive experiences Direct experience working in Agile/Lean Development methodology Strong communicator with great written and verbal skills Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the Learning Technology space Experience successfully contributing to and executing against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes Exceptional at working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights, including the use of A/B testing and analytics platforms Understanding of AI system behavior and limitations (accuracy, latency, cost) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
