Production Associate, Porter, Warehouse Ops (ALL SHIFTS)

• Location: Queens AND Bronx location positions available.
• Pay: $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases after joining
• Schedule: Full-time shifts available including early morning, afternoon, and evening schedules. Flexibility HIGHLY preferred. Candidates must be available to work the full assigned shift. Must be open to working weekend shifts.

About the Role

We are hiring dependable, hardworking team members to support daily operations in a fast-paced facility environment. This position helps keep operations running smoothly by supporting facility organization, product handling, order preparation, inventory activities, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Clean and sanitize work areas, floors, equipment, and common areas
• Pick, pack, and prepare products or orders accurately
• Use scanners or other tools to support inventory and product tracking
• Load, unload, move, and restock products as needed
• Remove waste and dispose of materials properly
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, warehouse, and operating procedures
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the shift
• Assist with other general facility and operations duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced facility, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain active for a full shift
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Previous experience in warehouse, production, order fulfillment, janitorial, porter, or food distribution work is preferred
• Slip-resistant footwear may be required
