Private Client Associate - UHNW

A fast‑growing multi‑family office and investment platform in Summerlin South is hiring a Client Manager / Private Client Associate to lead relationships for a select group of ultra‑high‑net‑worth families . You will own the wealth plan end‑to‑end, coordinate across investments/tax/estate/trust, and deliver a consistently white‑glove client experience. This is a high‑visibility, high‑agency role with direct access to leadership, meaningful client impact, and a clear path to senior advancement. The role is fully on‑site. What You’ll Own Serve as the primary relationship lead for UHNW families Maintain and execute wealth plans, IPS, asset allocation, liquidity, and risk strategy Coordinate across investments, tax, estate, trust, legal, and operations Lead quarterly family meetings and deliver consolidated reporting Manage capital calls, private deals, K‑1s, and multi‑entity structures Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely follow‑through Identify value‑add opportunities across philanthropy, credit, insurance, and co‑investments Provide leadership and mentorship as the team expands What You Bring 3–7 years in a family office, UHNW RIA, private bank, or trust/estate environment Strong understanding of wealth planning, tax/estate coordination, trust mechanics, and liquidity planning Experience supporting UHNW or complex multi‑entity clients High EQ, exceptional organization, and the ability to simplify complexity Confident communicator with experience leading client meetings Ownership‑driven mindset with excellent follow‑through Bachelor’s in Finance/Business; CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD/LLM preferred or in progress Tools & Systems (Preferred) Reporting: Addepar, Black Diamond, Tamarac Microsoft 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, eSignature platforms Compensation Competitive Performance‑based incentives Why This Role Stands Out Direct impact on remarkable UHNW families Broad exposure across public/private markets, tax/estate strategy, and multi‑entity planning Clear upward trajectory within a sophisticated, scaling family office If this role looks interesting to you, please apply now for immediate consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Frederick Fox
