Now Hiring - Experienced Service Advisor

Pay: $5,500-$13,000 Monthly

This is a Full-Time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is onsite in Honolulu HI and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trust experiences for our customers.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around and addressing repair concerns.
• Be the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer 2+years of automotive service advising experience.
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
• Typing Can write clear ROs
• Mathematics calculating service costs and counting change.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The monthly earning potential for this role is $5,500-$13,000 which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
