• Air Import/Export experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS systems (CargoWise, Transit Warehouse, or similar platforms) preferred.
• Strong computer skills and accuracy in high-volume data entry.
• Receive and verify export freight against documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill).
• Create and print shipment labels and export documentation.
• Prepare BOL (Bill of Lading) and Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB).
• Physically receive inventory and process it systematically in the system.
• Verify freight dimensions, weight, and piece count.
• Maintain organized shipment files and records.
• Coordinate daily turnover and provide detailed shift handoff notes.
• Communicate via email with internal teams, airlines, and customers regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
• Ensure shipments meet TSA, IATA, and export compliance requirements.
• Screen cargo and confirm documentation accuracy.
• Assist with AES filing support when applicable.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and forklift operators to ensure timely freight movement.
