Project ManagerThe Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans and timelines, coordinating project resources and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Project Manager takes a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks, investigating and resolving issues early to minimize impact. They reach out to various internal departments and stakeholders to secure necessary support, resources, and technical expertise. They monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Strong project management skills, experience with project management software, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required. At least 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role is necessary. Alternatively, an Associate's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment is acceptable. Proficiency in using computer applications, experience in word processing, presentation packages, and spreadsheet packages, and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files are also required. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment are essential.
