CentiMark specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of all major commercial roofing systems, delivering industry-leading service with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.SkillBridge Internship Summary As a Project Manager (Business Development) SkillBridge Intern, you will learn how commercial construction opportunities are identified, developed, and converted into successful projects. Working closely with sales, estimating, and operations teams, you will gain experience in customer engagement, project planning, proposal development, opportunity tracking, and business growth initiatives. This internship is designed to help transitioning Service Members leverage their military leadership, communication, planning, and relationship-building skills in a customer-focused business environment.Internship Responsibilities During the internship, participants will receive training and practical experience in:Reviewing and qualifying business development leads and opportunitiesSupporting customer outreach and relationship-building activitiesAssisting with scheduling meetings and site visits with prospective customersLearning how customer requirements are evaluated and translated into project solutionsAssisting with proposal development and presentation preparationSupporting project planning and coordination activitiesMaintaining customer communications through phone, email, and CRM systemsTracking opportunities, customer interactions, and project progressPreparing reports and updates for management reviewCollaborating with estimating, technical, and operations teams to support business growth initiativesDeveloping an understanding of commercial roofing systems and construction servicesDesired Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Excellent organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and follow-through Interest in business development, project management, sales, construction, or operations Military experience in leadership, logistics, operations, project coordination, customer service, planning, recruiting, training, maintenance management, or business operations is highly transferable to this opportunity.[ NOTE : Because this is a SkillBridge Internship, it is understood that no single candidate will have equal expertise in all the areas of responsibility listed. Other: Not all internships include certification training by Vets2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead.
