About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving demand generation and brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that is closely aligned with revenue goals. This includes overseeing multi-channel campaigns, budget planning, and ROI analysis, as well as driving lead generation programs and optimizing the full funnel from acquisition to conversion. A key aspect of the role is to partner with sales to enhance pipeline quality and conversion rates, ensuring a strong alignment between marketing and sales efforts. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with managing the digital strategy, including SEO, paid media, and website performance, and will be expected to have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in the areas of digital and performance marketing. The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing position at the company will have a minimum of 18 years' of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in sales alignment and demand generation. Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and CRO, is essential, as is experience in managing CRM and marketing automation tools. The role requires a leader with the ability to mentor and develop teams, as well as a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality campaign execution. Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making are also key attributes for the role.
