MTK Healthcare Inc. is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) contract assignment in Lake Isabella, California.

Position Summary

The CNA provides direct and indirect resident care under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, providing personal care and comfort, and helping maintain a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of an RN or LVN.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Provide personal care and comfort to residents.
Help maintain a safe and clean resident environment.
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and members of the healthcare team.
Follow established care instructions and facility procedures.
Maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and the public.
Perform basic computer-related tasks as required.

Requirements

Current California CNA Certificate required.
Current AHA BLS certification required.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
