Diagnose HVAC system problems accurately. Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sales. Perform service, maintenance, and repairs with a callback ratio of less than 1%. Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control. Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job. Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in residential HVAC service. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, teamwork, and high‑quality service delivery. Work Environment & Responsibilities All residential HVAC, covering gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geothermal, air‑quality units, installation, maintenance, and service. Daily routine includes preparation, customer service, real‑time coaching, parts delivery, documentation, and payment collection. Compensation & Employment Full‑time position.
