Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to site’s HR team in recruiting, new hire orientation, training, employee relations, and HRIS database management. Lead talent acquisition, assimilation, and development initiatives for all site’s employees. Provide advice and counsel to site’s leadership and management teams on all human resources and employment matters. Partner with Operations and L&D to assess needs, plan, and design training processes at the plant level. Manage site’s succession plan and ensure skills development training is met. Conduct incident investigations as needed. Manage all employee relations activities and grievance resolution. Maintain compliance for EEO reporting and other required audits. Participate in global HR projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related HR certification(s). Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment. Solid experience with HRIS systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid knowledge of HR related laws, i.e. FMLA, COBRA, EEOC, ADA, etc. Strong time management and organizational skills. Must have a strong command of the English Language, Spanish strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
