Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly desired
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads, working styles, and therapy delivery platforms (onsite, hybrid, remote)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with educational standards
