Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) Farmers Agency Career Opportunity
We are hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative in the Kirkland, WA area. This role offers a strong sales system, mentorship, two weeks PTO, and stipend towards health insurance.
What You'll Do:
- Sell auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance
- Handle inbound + outbound insurance sales leads
- Provide quotes and coverage recommendations
- Build and grow a personal book of business
- Meet monthly sales production goals
- Work within Farmers compliance guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Mandarin or Cantonese
- Recent experience with Farmers or State Farm preferred
- Strong sales background (insurance preferred)
- Experience with State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive is a plus
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable in a commission-based sales environment
