Senior Product Engineer

To support healthcare payer clients in advancing data quality and regulatory reporting, the full-time remote Senior Product Engineer - HEDIS SME will lead data quality initiatives, drive improvements in reporting processes, and serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS measures and CMS STARs methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead data quality initiatives impacting HEDIS and CMS submissions, ensuring compliance and performance accuracy Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data governance frameworks and standards Translate complex regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications while driving integration across reporting systems Required Qualifications 7-12+ years of healthcare payer experience with expertise in HEDIS reporting and CMS STARs methodology Demonstrated experience in data quality management and analytics within payer environments Strong understanding of claims and encounter data, including validation and reconciliation processes Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions Experience in client-facing consulting or product engineering environments
