Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured environment that ensures effective patient care. As part of our detox center, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to provide holistic treatment tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status, strengths, and challenges.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals, outline interventions, and monitor client progress throughout their recovery journey.

• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that all treatment plans are comprehensive and address the various needs of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients in urgent situations while aiding in safety planning.
\n
• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with essential community resources, offering case management support as necessary.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing barriers to care.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse population within the detox center environment, supporting clients who are facing mental health disorders and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
