Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive counseling and therapy sessions via telemedicine, ensuring the highest level of care for individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders to tailor individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting progress, treatment interventions, and client interactions to ensure effective continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues. This includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
