Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders accurately, employing various assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to ensure effective treatment.

• Teach clients essential coping mechanisms and self-care techniques, equipping them with skills to manage their mental health and improve day-to-day functioning.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to encourage growth and resilience.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of clients’ treatment history and progress, adhering strictly to state and federal regulations regarding privacy and data security.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
