Admissions Nurse

Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) Carolina Caring is seeking a dedicated Admissions Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to hospice patients in our facilities, consistent with physician orders, nursing assessments, and individualized plans of care. The Admissions RN also offers education and support to patients’ caregivers during the admission process. Schedule Salaried position — 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., three shifts per week on a rotating schedule Coverage Area All service counties Employee Type Full-Time, Salaried position — 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., three shifts per week on a rotating schedule Experience One to three years of clinical experience preferred. Hospice or home health experience preferred. Required Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
