What you’ll be doing Drive site-wide maintenance and reliability strategy across fixed plant assets Own and manage a $2M+ maintenance budget, ensuring effective cost control and system utilisation Lead defect elimination initiatives to reduce recurring equipment failures and downtime Develop and lead a team of 5+ maintenance professionals, setting clear standards and accountability What you’ll bring Proven leadership experience within mining or heavy materials processing environments Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment such as conveyors, crushers, and processing systems Working knowledge of 460/480V electrical systems and basic PLC exposure Track record of improving maintenance systems, reliability, and cost performance Who this suits You’re a hands‑on leader who takes ownership in leaner environments where your impact is visible.
