Employment Law Attorney

Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, supporting the firm's mission to advocate for consumer rights. This role offers the opportunity to work in various offices across Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky. Duties Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation. Handle pre-suit matters and assist senior attorneys post-suit. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the legal process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.)
